Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card and cheque payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. Cheque payment orders are sent once the cheque is cleared by the bank.
Special offers such as 3 for the price of 2 are available on selected product range and from certain catalog pages. Hence please check whether special offers are available before placing your order as we are unable to offer discounts afterwards.

Availability All products sold are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, when ever possible, you will be advised within 24 working hours. We will only debit your credit/debit card when the goods are ready to be despatched, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping And Handling We offer Free UK shipping and handling. You can also request first class or special next day delivery at extra cost (UK only). Any items returned to us by the post office can be re-sent but this would incur additional postage cost. SimFree Phones, Bluetooth Headsets and other products we identify can only be delivered to the address that matches the credit card.
All orders outside the UK can only be sent to the address that matches the credit card. |
Delivery Schedule FREE Delivery (UK) Allow up to 5 working days.
Royal Mail First Class delivery (UK) - £2.50 per order Usually next working day. However please allow up to 3 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £5.95 per order If you place a special delivery order before 1pm on a working day, we can send it to you the next working day before 1 pm (except Scottish highlands). Royal Mail Recorded EU (European Union) delivery - £7.99 per order Delivery times can vary within the EU, from 3 - 10 working days. We cannot send orders to these specific EU destinations: Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, San Marino and Vatican City State. Orders placed from EU exception territories will be cancelled and funds returned. Mobileguru Limited is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by your credit card company as a result of this.

Christmas Delivery This year our last order date is 19th of December before 3pm to ensure that you receive your order by Christmas Day. However we recommend you place your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order before Christmas Day, but we can only guarantee Special Delivery orders placed before 3pm on 20th of December.
All shipping methods used by Mobileguru Limited are trackable, safe, secure and fully insured shipping. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery.
Mobile Phone Delivery Mobile phone orders will be connected to the network of your choice and then despatched for delivery (normally by Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery or delays in the connection process.

Tax Charges
MobilePundit is a UK Registered Company. VAT is charged on all goods sold, at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. VAT is included in all prices.
Prices Prices, promotions and tariffs may have to be withdrawn or changed without notice. If any change occurs in the period after you have placed an order that is not in your favour we will contact you prior to proceeding with your order. It is important that you fax or post all necessary proofs to us immediately so orders are processed without delay. |
Credit Card Security All credit/debit card transactions are done using WorldPay secured server. This secure sever utilises industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Additional Payments Where additional payments are required from you as laid out in these Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to take payment via you credit/debit card.
Not withstanding the above conditions your statutory rights are not affected. |
Guarantee All our new mobile phones have a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. Where a product develops a manufactures fault within 28 days of receipt, we will exchange it for a new one. Where a product is exchanged, but then later found to have a fault caused by the customer (e.g. liquid contamination/drop damage), the customer will be liable for the SIM free cost of the replacement. Any such cost will be debited from the credit/debit card details supplied.
Where a manufacturers fault occurs after 28 days and within 12 months of purchase, the product will need to be sent for repair.
To guarantee your satisfaction, all our mobile accessories come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus £1 + 10% of item cost and postage if applicable). For more information please read our returns policy.

Returns Policy
All Returned goods must be in a re-salable condition with original packaging.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date it was shipped. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus £1 + 10% of item cost and postage if applicable). Please contact us before returning any items.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return of any items that you are sending back to us and we recommend that all returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for items valued greater and equal to £250 and/or recorded delivery for items valued greater and/or equal to £30. Customers from outside UK please contact us before returning any items
We will pay for the cost of returning any item that has been sent in error upon receipt of the returned item. Do not sign for any items that have their packaging tampered with or damaged. Please contact us before returning any faulty goods.
All products relating to cancelled orders must be returned within 28 days from the date it was shipped. All items returned outside of this period will not be cancelled.
All products that are being returned for exchange must be received within 28 days from the date it was shipped. All items returned outside of this period will not be exchanged. Due to the postage cost we cannot offer exchange outside the UK unless customer is prepared to pay the full cost.
Sim cards must be returned within 28 days from the date it was shipped and will not be accepted if they are returned broken or separated from the main card. Memory cards returned will not be accepted if it has been removed from the sealed packaging.
Should you return any goods in a non-resalable condition you will be charged the full-recommended retail price of the item.
If the product is not returned within the specified period you will be charged the full- recommended retail price of the item. This charge will be refunded upon receipt of goods in a resalable condition.
Free gifts sent for any promotional offers would also need to be returned as per above policy. Otherwise normal retail price for this item would be deducted from any refunds given.
Unlocking Refund Conditions In the unlikely event that the codes we provide fail to unlock a customer's mobile phone, mobileguru.co.uk will ask the customer to confirm that the details they provided when submitting the order are 100% correct. In the event that the customer confirms that the submitted details are 100% correct, mobileguru.co.uk reserves the right to seek further evidence to support the customers claim that the codes did not unlock their mobile phone. This may include the customer sending the mobile phone to mobileguru.co.uk for verification purposes or making a video recording containing images of the phone in question, the IMEI number on the sticker in the rear of the phone in question, the IMEI number displayed on the screen of the phone in question and the customer inserting an alternative SIM card and the resultant screen of the phone in question after it is switched on with the alternative SIM card inserted. These measures may seem a little extreme to most, however due to the electronic nature of our business, we have no other way to determine whether an unlock has been successful or not.
Order cancellations shall only be considered, if the order placed HAS NOT commenced processing. You can contact us with your order ID first to check if your order has been processed or not.
Unlock codes issued by us, for phones that turn out to be barred or blacklisted, are not eligible for refunds. A barred phone refers to a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported 'lost' by the owner.
In the event that a refund is required, a refund shall be given after a deduction of 10% of the total refund amount towards card processing and handling expenses.
